Customer Service Assistant Job Description
客服助理工作描述
Key responsibilities
主要职责
1.       Answering customer service phone calls;
接听客服电话;
2.       Processing orders from customers and organizing delivery issues;
处理客人订单并安排配送货事宜;
3.       Helping to prepare and pack orders for Taobao customers;
协助淘宝订单的备货及发货事宜;
4.       Calling back customers to check their purchasing experience;
关于客人购物体验的电话回访;
5.       Supporting the marketing team with event job;
协助市场部团队组织活动;
6.       Selling Wine and training courses by phone and following up with customers’ requests;
电话销售葡萄酒培训课程,并跟进客人的需求;
7.       Doing daily administration work assigned by the supervisor.
完成由领导安排的日常行政工作。
